Art on the Bay Mini-Grant Project

The Mini-Grant Arts Project provides up to $3,000 to support special opportunities and provide arts and cultural need locally. On occasion a larger grant may be approved for special community wide projects. It is a competitive program that seeks to fund art education and creation of public art in the City of New Baltimore and or the Anchor Bay School District.

The mini-grant program is a partnership between Art on the Bay, Inc. and individuals, non-profit organizations, municipalities, K-12 school districts, service clubs, and more, that provide support for the production, presentation and creation of arts and culture that promote public engagement, diverse and excellent art, lifelong learning in the arts and enhancing the livability of the community through locally developed arts and culture.

The grant application process is provided here. The grant request cycle runs from October 1st through December 31st. All applications must be received by that date in order to qualify for the next year’s funding cycle. All awarded projects must be completed within one year of the approved grant request.

The completed applications will be viewed, judged and awarded by the Art on the Bay, Inc. Board of Directors.
